چکیده

Fig. 1. Non-line-of-sight (NLOS) imaging aims at recovering the shape and albedo of objects hidden from a camera or a light source. Using ultra-fast pulsed illumination and single photon detectors, the light transport in the scene is sampled for visible objects (left). The global illumination components of these time-resolved measurements (A,E) contain sufficient information to estimate the shape of hidden objects (B,C). Using a novel formulation for NLOS light transport that models partial occlusions of hidden objects (D) via visibility terms (F), we demonstrate higher-fidelity reconstructions (C) than previous approaches to NLOS imaging (B).

Image contrast model of non-line-of- sight imaging based on laser range- gated imaging

Laser range-gated imaging systems can obtain images of targets hidden around the corner, with an intermediary reflective surface with certain specular reflection characteristics. This imaging mode is called nonline-of-sight imaging. This paper describes a simulation of the target signal illuminance and disturbance radiation on the photosensitive surface of a non-line-of-sight imaging system bas...

مکان یابی وفقی موبایل به روش آزمون باقی‌مانده

Determination of mobile localization with time of arrival (TOA) signal is a requirement in cellular mobile communication. In some of the previous methods, localization with non-line-of-sight (NLOS) paths can lead to large position error. Also for simplicity, in most simulations suppose non stationary actual environments as stationary. This paper proposes (residual test + recursive least square)...

Estimation of LOS Rates for Target Tracking Problems using EKF and UKF Algorithms- a Comparative Study

One of the most important problem in target tracking is Line Of Sight (LOS) rate estimation for using from PN (proportional navigation) guidance law. This paper deals on estimation of position and LOS rates of target with respect to the pursuer from available noisy RF seeker and tracker measurements. Due to many important for exact estimation on tracking problems must target position and Line O...

Effect of scatter coincidences, partial volume, positron range and non-colinearity on the quantification of FDOPA Patlak analysis

Introduction: The key characteristics of positron emission tomography (PET) are its quantitative capability and its sensitivity, which allow the in vivo imaging of biochemical interactions with small amounts of tracer concentrations. Therefore, accurate quantification is important. However, it can be sensitive to several physical factors. The aim of this investigation is the assessment of the e...

Conservative Visibility Determination for Architectural Scenes

In this article I present a conservative visibility determination algorithm, particularly suited for interactive walkthroughs in architectural scenes. This algorithm is able to determine which parts of the scene are visible during an interactive real-time walkthrough. The algorithm consists of an off-line part, which preprocesses the scene, and an on-line part, which determines the potentially ...
